File > Open > a pdf file

Steps to Reproduce:
1.File > Open > a pdf file

Actual Results:
Error message box :

Component cannot be loaded, possibly broken or incomplete installation.
Full error message:

 loading component library <file:///opt/libreoffice7.2/program/../program/libsdlo.so> failed /home/buildslave/source/libo-core/cppuhelper/source/shlib.cxx:299.

Expected Results:
GUI must appear pdf file
