Description Stéphane Guillou (stragu) 2024-05-20 07:23:03 UTC
As discussed on gerrit[1], on the "Starting LibreOffice with Parameters" help page[2], placeholders like "Printername", "OutputFilterName" or "OutputFilterParams" (some of them denoted by curly braces: {placeholder}) can't be localised.

One would need to cleanly set those as localisable in the table, without affecting the syntax around them. e.g. this wasn't suitable: https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/help/+/167614/2..3

Also depends on how `soffice --help` is localised (or not).

1) In the case of the patch, rewrite as "--show [=N]" and then explain N in natural language in the description.
