Description:
The attached Publisher file is missing some border boxes and lines, also where there should be newlines they don't appear.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the attached file in Publisher and LibreOffice to see the missing elements. 

Actual Results:
Missing elements. 

Expected Results:
Should have boxes, lines and newlines. 


Reproducible: Always

I guess this is not LO but DLP. It was never OK from LO 4.0.
