Description John 2021-08-02 01:02:32 UTC
Since installing this latest version, I am unable to use the 'save as' or 'export as pdf' features.

I seem to recall this happening after an earlier upgrade.

Would appreciate any advice on how to fix it!

1) Have you downloaded LO from official website? (https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/)
2) Have you downloaded LO on local hard disk/ssd and not on a network share?
3) Are you admin of your Windows and was LO installed for all users?
4) Could you give a try at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps ?

Finally could you:
- uninstall completely LO
- clean Windows registry with a tool like ccleaner or other
- install brand new version
?

Thanks Julien. I actually run Mac OSX 10.15.5.

Not sure if the fix you suggest for windows applies.

John

If you're on Mac, it's a dup then.
