Description Stefano 2017-11-29 09:07:50 UTC
Description:
Hello, it seem like the focus of the mouse pointer is not where is should be, for example when i want to click an icon on top bar my mouse pointer should be like 30px under this icon, the same with calc, for select a cell i shoul move my pointer un cell under it so when i click it take the focus on the one above.
and in general the label on the gui ist look like not well focused.

i alredy try to uninstall and reinstall and reset progil

my hw:
dell xp 15 fullhd
dell u3411 as monitor connected troghut display port and a dock station

Steps to Reproduce:
1.just oopen some libre office app
2.try to click something liek save icon

Actual Results:
click get ignored becasuse the calculated position of the cursor is above the real one

Expected Results:
click the icon

Please copy paste the information on Help - About Libreoffice.

Also disable OpenGL at Tools - Options - Libreoffice - View to see If the problem is still there.

So It seems that you are An IT expert. What is your GPU driver and what is the driver version?

You can attach the opengl_device.log file. It may be located in AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice dir.
Comment 6 Stefano 2017-11-29 14:32:06 UTC
opengl device log contain only this:

DriverVersion: 21.20.16.4664
DriverDate: 4-21-2017
DeviceID: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_591B&SUBSYS_07BE1028&REV_04
AdapterVendorID: 0x8086
AdapterDeviceID: 0x591b
AdapterSubsysID: 0x07be1028
DeviceKey: System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Video\{0EC12501-C9EC-11E7-A563-B6E463824EE3}\0001
DeviceString: Intel(R) HD Graphics 630

btw this laptop have dual card.. that intel hd graphic and u can see the driver version relased from dell
and a nvidia gtx1050 driver version 388.31 updated this morning

This looks like a duplicate of bug 107764, and your driver is among the affected versions (see bug 107764 comment 23).
It is reported fixed with drivers 21.20.16.4727 or 22.20.16.4785 (see bug 107764 comment 78), please update your drivers to a newer one, and try again.

If the issue is not fixed for you afterwards, please comment in the other bug report.
