Description:
I'm trying to Open this document from Isreal's innovation autority and while it looks fine in MS Office 2013 in LibO it gets completely proportional (50 pages instead of 14).

Steps to Reproduce:
Problematic file at https://innovationisrael.org.il/sites/default/files/field/forms/%D7%91%D7%A7%D7%A9%D7%94.%D7%9B%D7%9C%D7%9C%D7%99_0%20%283%29.docx taken from https://innovationisrael.org.il/content/%D7%98%D7%95%D7%A4%D7%A1-%D7%91%D7%A7%D7%A9%D7%94-%D7%9B%D7%9C%D7%9C%D7%99 (the pages mentions the document was last changed at October 15, 2017).

Just open the file and notice the text location and number of pages.



Actual Results:
the text and input fields are very distant due to not parsing the elements correctly.

Expected Results:
similar to MS Office

Problem is: MSO opens this older DOCX as 14 pages, but if saved there than it opens many pages more. 
So, I'm not sure anything will ever be solved with this file.

Results of test showing number of pages

Performed test and the file opened with more pages (21) than it does in Word as mentioned in the bug description. In my case, I use Word 2016, fyi.

Thanks Timur and Susan. Could you attach the file saved in later versions? Does it affect the number of page in LibO?

The problem is layout of the document, which symptoms as increased number of pages. Compare how is it seen in MS Word to LibO - the "2004" background is misplaced completely and the text elements appear in different location.

Could it be possible to create a minimal document illustrating the problem you're refering?

MSO 2016 opens this older DOCX as 14 pages, but if resaved and reopened in MSO than it opens many pages more, maybe infinite. 
I also tried to save only 1st page in MSO, it opens 38 pages. 
Rarely but sometimes we have such situations and choice is to close the bug. 
Hard and practically impossible for LO to emulate different Lo behavior. 
If you disagree feel free to reopen, but only if explanation is provided or if attached some minimal docx which behaves properly in MSO if resaved.
