Setting to NEW as its an enhancement. @Maxim: What are your thoughts? What's this going to be used for? Well the additional paste special options were to go in the Paste Special submenu in the context menu along with 'Unformatted Text' entry. If that's the only use-case, I prefer instead to rework the dropdown of the Paste button to work in menu too. The paste button dropdown shows all the paste special options and no more button, while here we only need a limited number of commonly used paste special options and a more button.
