These picture show the changes recorded and maded at margin of the doc
Set as enhancement and UNCONFIRMED. UX -- one for y'all :-) Status -> NEW Track changes was discussed some time ago [1] and is being implemented. There is also the idea of a comment-like visualization addressed. To distinguish from normal comments it be attached to the left side. Or get a special frame.
