It's great that one can search headings in the Navigator by typing a letter.
However, this seach should not happen when Control is pressed

Ctrl+W and Ctrl+O should act normal  (i.e. close document, start file open)

In order to limit the confusion between ProposedEasyHack and EasyHack and to make queries much easier we are changing ProposedEasyHack to NeedsDevEval.
