Description Olivier Hallot 2024-04-12 14:28:04 UTC
The page

https://help.libreoffice.org/24.2/en-US/text/shared/optionen/01060500.html?System=UNIX&DbPAR=CALC&HID=modules/scalc/ui/optcalculatepage/OptCalculatePage#bm_id3149095

does not explain the multithread setting.

Page is Tools - Option - LibreOffice Calc - Calculate

Note: while editing the Help page, it is important to reorder the contents following the dialog layout and fill whatever is missing in the settings, if any.

The patch that added mutithreading can be investigated, starting from

I'm not seeing any explanation of this either in:

Version: 24.8.0.0.alpha1+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 45f9627659e882b9157782dfc5981e31567a306e
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.8; UI render: default; VCL: x11
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: CL threaded

Changing to "New".
