The List of LibreOffice ODF Extensions [1] has to contain all cases where LibreOffice uses an implementer dependent namespace.
The commit aa5c6d12 [2] introduced a loext:num-list-format. But [1] has no entry for it.
Even when the attribute is included in ODF 1.4 [3], it needs to be listed in [1].

Were is tracked, that entries are missing, when not here? The list in https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/ODF_Implementer_Notes/List_of_LibreOffice_ODF_Extensions is a requirement for ODF conformance.

You have many options and you can do all of them or some of them:

1. Email Vasily directly
2. Add an incomplete entry to the wiki table with a note that it needs more info
3. Add a note into the Discussion page of the wiki article
