I think this is the same https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=155374 It is in 24.2, but I won't backport to 7.6 because the icon is still missing. The Insert tab has an insert field page number which is just a simple page number, but is NOT the new page number wizard. The page number wizard is on the LAYOUT tab in 24.2 and 7.6.
