Description:
I would like an equivalent of Word's Simple Markup where you see change lines on the side that identify where a change occurred, without showing all the details.

We have "Show TC", which can be used to hide all modifications, and means to see either deletions or insertions in the document margin. The proposed function would add something intermediate and actually I don't see the use case for it. Why would you need an indicator for TC when you hide it?
