Description:
The footer line appears to variate in thickness 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Scroll to document.. look at the footer lines.. line at footnote 5 is sometimes little fatter, sometimes not.

Zoom has some influence (did see it at 160) Anti-aliasing doesn't matter. No difference between Skia/GDI

Actual Results:
Some footnote lines appear thinner/fatter

Expected Results:
All the same

The oldest version that I tried is 5.4.7 and there was presented.
Maybe is inherited from Ooo.

The bug reporter means here the line above the footnote/endnote and NOT at the footer/header of the page.

This bug is still present in 7.3.2.2

I'm not sure whether this is the same bug but this post (https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/how-to-fix-footnote-separator-changing-thickness/61994) mentions the same problem.

However, the pdf output has inconsistent footnote separator thickness. I'm attaching the document from that post (I'm experiencing the same issue). The separators are not identical across pages. Exporting to pdf does not produce consistent thickness either.
