Greek letters in rotated formula objects are not rendered correctly when the slide show is started.
In formulas that are rotated 90° the greek letters will disappear completely.

To reproduce:
-Create new presentation
-Create formula (Insert->Object->Formula) and enter greek letter (e.g. %alpha)
-Rotate formula (Right click->Position and Size...->Rotation)
-Start Slideshow

Tested on Ubuntu 18.04
