Description V Stuart Foote 2019-06-08 14:47:48 UTC
Ongoing from bug 125624 working with attachment 151516 [details] pagination with paragraphs and headers/footers composed of mixed CJK and Western text runs performs poorly. The UI will stop responding to scroll and page motions, and the <Ctrl>+G "Go to page" dialog will stop responding. Actual page composition becomes corrupted.

Changing zoom level does not clear the corrupt page layout. Nor does changing between view modes (Single page, multi-page, book view).

Pagination on initial opening is good, but advancing into the document (scroll or page dn) and then backing up starts to degrade.

With attachment 151516 [details] and STR of comment 0, no longer seeing a degraded response to mouse wheel scrool, sidebar Navigator page, or scrollbar movements. Go-to page movements are crisp. Keyboard PgDn/PgUp are acceptable, with some change in scroll speed depending on the content of the page.
