Description:
After leaving libreoffice for some time alone, and switching between other programs toolbar looses draws and has to pass mouse over to redraw interface

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start libreoffice
2.Switch to tabbed toolbars
3.Switch to other windows, at least 5 minutes witout using libreoffice
4.Part of the interface is broken and need to pass mouse to redraw

Actual Results:
Interface is broken

Expected Results:
Interface shouldnt be broken


Reproducible: Always
