I have a debian 10 machine with a 4k HiDPI screen.
I use a 200% scaling for that machine.
LibreOffice generally scales well, all texts are clear.
But there is an exception to that: the slide sorter view.
Text look blurry in there.
I attach a screenshot showing the problem.

I can reproduce this on 7.0RC2 as well.
Comment 3 Frederic Parrenin 2021-03-19 18:13:42 UTC
Actually, this is a problem with VCL/gtk3.
I tried VCL/kf5 and the slide sorter looks crisp.
Comment 4 Caolán McNamara 2021-05-04 09:41:51 UTC
probably the hidpi surfaces are squeezed through non-hidpi bitmaps
Comment 5 Frederic Parrenin 2023-03-19 13:47:11 UTC
Still repro in 7.4.5.
