steps to reproduce

1. freeze column A
2. move to column AA (some column that hide column B)
3. add comment to row A1

comment is invisible while editing

I can confirm with LO 4.4 and Version: 6.1.0.0.alpha0+

It has two solutions: as mentioned in bug 56619: "I would have expected the comment field be be 'dynamic' relative to cell A, and remain 'On top', regardless of where the 'rest of the sheet cells are' underneath."
or as in excel:
when I insert comment in row A, screen scrolling here and I can see the comment.

still  happens with version 7.6.4.1 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
